Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mythuri, we are committed to offering a culturally rich and thoughtfully curated experience in every box we ship. Each product is handpicked with care, based on availability and theme, to bring you the essence of Indian tradition and storytelling.

As a small business focused on curation rather than manufacturing, every order is custom packed, making cancellations and returns difficult to process. That said, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help in case of genuine concerns.

❌ Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we begin curating your products immediately.

🔹 Therefore, we do not accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed.

Please double check your order details before completing the purchase.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to the personalized and perishable nature of the products inside our boxes.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered in the following situations:
• The item(s) received were damaged during transit
• The box contained missing or incorrect items

📝 To Request a Refund:

If your box has a valid issue, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:
1. Email us at orders@mythuri.com
2. Mention your Order ID
3. Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue (damaged/missing/wrong product)

Once we review and verify the claim:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment

⚠️ Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
• Change of mind or personal preferences
• Late claims beyond 48 hours of delivery
• Lack of photographic evidence of issue
